There are two ways of cooling system for CNC router. One is cooling water circulating motor, and the other is air-cooled motor. Generally, the water cycle motor produces lower noise than the air-cooled motor. While the air-cooled motor has no trouble replacing the circulating pure water.

The air-cooled motor is more suitable for the user who lived in the cold north, where the water is easy to icing.

Water circulation cooling of motor must be purified water. It is for preventing clogging of the spindle motor. The spindle motor continues to heat up, carving precision will be reduced, or even lost step dislocation. To promptly resolve the gridlock by blow out with air pump blockage or by  a high-pressure water jets after softening blockages with acid.
