Polish the Steel Sheet before CNC Plasma Cutting Machine
Before cutting the steel sheet with CNC plasma cutting machine, it need to pretreat
steel sheet to ensure the stability of the cutting quality.
The first is workpiece of the CNC plasma cutting machine preconditioning before cutting.
To polishing the workpiece in case rusting, after that painting it by spraying fine
iron sand with blasting machine. The high pressure fine iron sand discharged the rust
from the surface of the steel sheet. And then spray on the inflaming retarding chemical
and conductive anti-rust paint.
Secondly, the processing steel sheet surface pretreatment.
Usually the steel sheet would produces much rust on the surface through a series of
intermediate links from the steel factory to the cutting workshop. The oxide possess
high melting point, which is not easy to be burnt and melted. So that the cutting speed
will reduced and the warm-up time forced to be longer.
And the using time of the nozzle will be shorten by the splash oxide clogging. In this
situation. We suggest the operators pretreat the steel sheet before the
